What teams ask before their first retro on Retrocycle.

Do participants need an account?

No. Share the retro’s join link and guests take part with just a display name: they add cards and vote without signing up. A team member lets each guest in first. Only the people who run the team need an account.

Is it free?

Yes. The Free plan includes 1 team, 3 retros a month, templates and custom columns, action items that stay open across retros, and your 3 most recent closed retros. Pro is €6 a month for unlimited teams and retros, your full history and PDF reports, with one subscription for every team you own.

Are cards anonymous?

Only if you choose. Cards show your name by default; tick “Post anonymously” when you add one and it shows as “Anonymous” on the board and in the report. The card stays linked to you behind the scenes, so you can still delete it.

Where is the data stored?

In the EU. Accounts, teams and retros are stored with Supabase in Stockholm, Sweden. The privacy policy lists every provider that handles your data and where.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel Pro from your account page whenever you like. It stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
